Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy on items that remain in their original, vacuum-sealed hygienic packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened or tried on.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is still in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging to qualify for a return under our strict hygiene guidelines.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our discreet support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in a plain, unmarked shipping box to maintain your privacy and include the RMA form inside the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the tamper-evident seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
